Abstract

The aim of this work  is to make an interpretation about the  uses and modifications made at the former Buenos Aires Regional Intelligence building (R.I.B.A.) of Morón Municipality, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was made through an archaeologic-architectonical investigation, the analysis of the Stratumgraphics Units, and different documents used as written sources. The successive building sequences that formed the present construction were identified, as well as the different strategies of control that were used   connected to the power relations that exist at the moment R.I.B.A. was functioning. This work is part of the “Recovery Program of Spaces Related to State Terrorism¨ executed by the Morón municipality, through the Human Rights Office from the Research and Documental Production Area.
